​DESCRIPTION:

The first appearance of Lara Croft wearing a sexy,

tight black catsuit was in Tomb Raider: Chronicles

for the first PlayStation.
Since then, she has inspired countless cosplayers

to create alternative versions. I made my own take

on it many years ago, using a PVC catsuit — it was

shiny and looked amazing, but I don’t think I’ve ever

worn anything more uncomfortable! (Unlike latex,

which is very stretchy and clings to the body like a second skin, PVC is quite stiff.)

Today I’ve reinterpreted that version by combining the accessories from my classic Lara cosplay with the catsuit and boots from my Baroness (G.I. Joe) cosplay! I think it turned out really cute!

I also completely remade the backpack from my classic Lara outfit to make it more accurate — I love how it sits high on the shoulders!

This wasn’t a complex costume to put together, so I focused on creating some nice photos.
